Professional Interests

Dr. Amy Schneider finished her OB/GYN training in Tucson and has been in private practice in the NW area for the past 15 years. She was appointed by the governor of Arizona to the Arizona Medical Board where she served as member and chairwomen until 2010. She has a special interest in obstetric, both high and low risk, and gynecologic problems. She loves to see her patients every year and catch up on their lives as well as their health.

Personal Interests

Dr. Schneider enjoys horseback riding and running, and has completed several marathons. She has two boys that keep her busy with school and activities. Dr. Schneider is married to Dr. Francisco Garcia, director of the Health Department of Pima County.
